What does our name mean?
Morgan Sierra, our owner, would say:
"I’ve always wanted to live my life acting justly, loving mercy, and walking humbly. So in honor of that I named it after Micah 6:8. Have I been a little afraid to name it after something “Christian”? Hell yeah. Why? Well, I want all of my clients to feel like they can COME AS THEY ARE. There have been times where I have felt like couldn’t “come as I am” in Christian spaces. This is not that kind of space. I’m so excited to work with, tattoo, and hear the stories of people of all backgrounds, religions, sexual identities, etc. I’m so excited to live out the intention behind the shops name… Parlor SIX8 . LET DO THIS THING. Let’s learn and grow and most importantly…get tattooed ;) ."
